IfGrowth Marketing Manager, BPS (Business Personal Systems),will help drive the acquisition, experimentation, retention + engagement and monetization of HP's Business Personal Systems portfolio of products and solutions, thereby helping HP Inc. transform from a hardware company to a services and solutions company to walk.
You will work with global business units, market marketing leaders, and various centers of excellence (search, media, content, etc.) to develop and execute growth strategies and tactics across organic and paid channels that accelerate the adoption of our commercial personals systems. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

Work closely and cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Insights, Go-To-Market, Media, Content and Data Science to define strategies, build scalable growth models and deliver data-driven solutions that delight users and drive revenue.

Creation and maintenance of basic qualitative and quantitative procurement models for products and solutions from Business Personal Systems. Models can be growth, ABM or hybrid.

Work with product marketing to create or customize content/assets for use in scaled programs and/or 1-to-few account-based programs that match travel phase and account status.

Work with country and market marketing teams to manage the implementation/execution of acquisition models across relevant channels, both paid and organic.

Continuously improve acquisition models through rapid experimentation.

Predict, measure, monitor and report growth model and campaign performance based on critical metrics such as Marketing Qualified Opportunity/Account (MQA/MQO), Marketing Contributed Wins (MCW) model and more.

Collaborate and influence product, design and engineering teams to continuously optimize our acquisition, enablement and retention funnel and product onboarding experience.

Finally, advocate for the retention + engagement models.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Marketing experience:He has extensive foundational experience and insights in running high-profile multi-channel marketing campaigns in the commercial/enterprise/B2B segment with a strong focus on account-based and integrated marketing.

End-to-end connection planning:It fundamentally understands the customer decision journey and how best to create the best customer experience to delight and convert.

You have journeys that are orchestrated and designed for target accounts and cohorts of accounts that map to journey stages.

You have created or customized content/assets for use in account-based programs that are associated with trip segment and account status.

Growing experience:Has 5+ years of proven experience and knowledge building scalable and composite growth models (ABM 2.0 and/or Reforge), including one-to-many, one-to-few and one-to-one, driving growth for commercial /Corporate Products / B2B and/or Services.
