"Terrible product"
Terrible product and company...we had Niagara Falls from the sides of our roof after installing the leaf filter. The holes are so small that the water can't get through them fast enough. They came and installed these vile guards to divert the water. Now you have birds and swirling leaves, so the point is you don't need to clean your gutter...well, now we have to clean them. We got water in our basement from the sides of our hose due to Niagara Falls. Also, they installed them over the winter and we had icicles all over the house that we never had before. We called the national number and asked for it to be removed and wanted our money back. We were told they would remove them and refund us, but the local business would call us. They stopped 3 times to do different "tests" and it doesn't seem like we won't make any money back here in DM according to the "regional manager". DO NOT receive these! I wish we would have done a little more research before putting them on and spending over $4700. FYI... There is also a class action lawsuit against this company in Illinois.

"Full Brilliance"
What a waste of money and rushing to do something is just awful. What company seals cardboard in your gutter? This company should close. Using subcontractors and installing them is terrible. I wish I could post pictures PLEASE PLEASE Don't waste your money on a bogus system!

"It may work for leaves but not for pine"
The product is very robust and could work in some cases. In my case there are two problems. The first is that the installer who did my roof was not a trained professional and damaged one of my gutters that I now need to replace. The problem is that the gutter never gets clogged because the pine needle siding keeps water out. I would not recommend this product if you live near pine trees. By the way, the unprofessional seller told me that the pine needles would not be a problem.

"Product is good, sales/service is not"
The product itself works pretty well, but try getting them to fix something. They hardly ever answer the phone. If you leave a message, you don't call back. When I finally got them to make an appointment, they hadn't shown up.

"Read the text!"
I did not buy this product because: The seller listed $6,000 to start with and ended up going down to $1,200 on sale! Plus, the ad for the product states that you'll never have to clean the INSIDE of your gutters again. There is no guarantee against dirt collecting on the filter and dirt flowing out of the gutter because the filter is clogged with dirt. Also high pressure sales tactics are disgusting! I would never do business with this company for any reason.

"Piece of shit"
We have purchased your products and the results are absolutely negative. The seller promised that we would not spend a dime as everything was covered and guaranteed by Leaf Gutter. Almost 7,000.00 paid. Now they want us to pay for everything, our gutters are leaking, clogged, and customer service never responded. I just wanted to return all the products but they wanted to give us our money back. So dissatisfied!

"Installation"
To be honest, I can't even comment on the product because the actual installation was so sloppy that I immediately had another company remove and replace the leaf filter. This was caulked all over the place and all you had to do was look at the guard to see that it was badly installed. Heavy rain at first and water spilled down the side of the gutter. Also, since then I realized that I paid too much... my fault for not receiving any optional offers. Lesson learned.

"bad processing"
The gutter screen was hanging from my ceiling. I called the company and they said they would come and fix the problem for another $2,800 if they were crazy on me and now a month and a half not a word until the rep tried to sell it to my niece, and she found out about my problem. The rep said take care and then he texted me no. The roofers did a great job and didn't touch the gutters, but it gave them an excuse not to fix the problem. They tried to reach the hand at least four times, they got stuck. He did not go out to look at it and at least try to see the problem if it was installed correctly. Wow, this has never happened with other companies. Warning!

"Don't do the work"
As I speak, water runs across my patio, splashes onto the dirt in front of my garage door, and water runs under the door. The one year warranty is for free gutter cleaning, after which it is $95 each time. Gutter guards clog more than gutters and need to be cleaned 5-6 times a year. All I want is for them to be removed and my money refunded and all they do is send a tech to "take a look". I would never work with this company again. I have a forum on Facebook called Leaf Filter Complaints; I'm in BC trying to get enough cases to get a class action lawyer interested. We need to unite on this problem because one by one they can let us run.

"It doesn't do the job."
When the seller came, we showed him the pine trees about 10 feet or so behind our house. Pine needles and other tree debris were collected at the top, and the needles were pushed up the screen. We wait for a rain and wind event to see if that alters everything. Does not have. A slope is not enough for things to collapse.
